My name is Doron Ross. I'm a 6'3" guard who takes pride in playing hard on every possession. I embrace my role as a playmaker and scorer while also locking in defensively and doing the little things to help my team win.
I am dedicated to the details—footwork, conditioning, film study, and communication. My focus is to keep developing my game, become a more complete guard, and be a reliable leader for my teammates on and off the court.
Key performances, clutch moments, and game footage that showcase my skill set, competitiveness, and feel for the game.

Off-season work is built around tightening handle, improving shooting percentages from three levels, building strength without losing quickness, sports performance training, neuro/hand-eye training and keeping joints healthy through mobility work.
I prepare by watching film, setting goals before each workout and game, and using visualization to see myself executing at a high level on both ends of the floor.
A committed student with a 3.4 GPA who understands that discipline in the classroom translates to discipline on the court.
Current GPA: 3.4. Focused on balancing basketball and school work while preparing for college-level academics.
I aim to set the tone with my effort and attitude. Whether it’s helping younger players, encouraging teammates, or representing my school, I take leadership seriously.

Perspectives from coaches and mentors who have worked with me and seen my development first-hand.
“Doron brings consistent effort and focus to every practice. He asks questions, accepts coaching, and is always looking for ways to get better. He’s the kind of guard you trust with the ball late in games.”
— Coach Howard Griffith, Basketball Coach, Frankford High School
“What stands out with Doron is his attitude. Whether it’s school, training, or competition, he shows up prepared and locked in. That mentality will serve him well at the next level.”
